With both lines on hold, you can not reconnect with either. There is a delay after connecting to a line and the dial tone or the person on the other end. Very difficult to learn.

This phone had the most features in it's price range.

Speaker phone isn't as loud as we would have liked.

Works as advertised. I use the base speakerphone the most but it is simple to transfer the call to the handset if I need to leave the room. Great phone!

I did not like this phone. I couldn't figure out how to record my greeting. I don't think it would do it. Very small controls. Difficult to read.
