This was the 4th RCA phone I have purchased. It works great and I would recommend this to small business that don't need more than 4 lines available.

I like this phone, but after approximately 2 years of moderately heavy use, something goes wrong. I got a low level hum, a colleague got a crackling noise. But until it breaks, its fine, in fact I am ordering another today
