I have been using this mouthwash for months and the bleeding gums have reduced but not too sure if it was due to this product. One thing for sure - the taste is HORRIBLE. But if it works on the long term it's worth it.

Had the smaller version on this, (250ml) doesn't do anything in terms of teeth whitening however it is just meant to keep them clean and it does keep them clean. Very fresh breath however very minty! Does the normal job of an ordinary mouthwash tho.

This tastes the best , works for the longest and gives the fresh breath i want after using . been using for years. Just wish i cld time right to catch it when superdrugs got it on offer this brands always full price when I'm stocking up :(
