No serial port, or provision for installing one. I know they are 'old fashioned,' but my wife's embroidery machine needs one and several USB to serial devices failed

Built-in Wireless G with antenna is great, having 8 usb ports is handy. having, also having both dvi and vga port. Good bang for the buck

would have like to had it have a firewire port. and the pre-installed anti-virus and toolbar in IE were annoying, wish didn't come with any 3rd party software installed

I like the small form factor. PC works good. I'm using it as a second PC for the kids in the game room. Space was limited so the form factor was important to me. I'm a big Intel fan but must say I'm pleased so far with this AMD based system

Small form factory, looks great in my entertainment center. Going to use it to stream video and audio from NAS. Acer has great tech support, I was on the phone about 10 minutes

DOA - Dead on Arrival ; Can't believe it, power supply failure. I guess it had to happen to me sooner or later, but Newegg still rocks. Even if their return policy kind of sucks, had to talk with Acer tech support
