The Acer Predator AG3-605-UR39 is a midrange gaming desktop PC that will perform well on the game grid. But its limited internal expansion options mean it's strictly for the plug-and-play crowd.

Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 graphics. Lots of I/O ports. Front-accessible hard drive expansion bay.

Acer Predator G review: A budget-priced gaming rig with some real teeth

 

Unlike many off-the-shelf PCs aimed at gamers, the 2014 Predator is no wannabe.

Strong price-to-performance ratio ; Blu-ray drive ; Attractive, unassuming enclosure

No SSD ; Just adequate power supply ; Only one PCIe slot (occupied)

You'll find plenty of more powerful gaming PCs on the market, but few that are this competitively priced for the components delivered.

great pc

 

Ok quick update, i bought this in 2014 and haven't changed anything out yet. Is it better to change out everything out or specific stuff or try to build my own, any help be helpfull since newegg doesn't sell this pc anymore

pc runs smooth and all the spec are really high

the only is the pc didn't come with a fan , not really a big con but annoying.

Refurbished for a reason

 

Fast, quiet, lots of easily accessible ports front and back.

I see why it was refurbished. The GPU is faulty and crashes games to desktop with a driver error every 5 to 30 minutes. The error is very inconsistent and probably slipped past whoever in QA recertified the machine. I've tried everything, reinstalling...

Awesome Computer

 

A powerful machine for a moderate price, I bought it to use as a development workstation. Turns out that the configuration it comes with is sufficient to run a bunch of my favorite games on the highest graphics as well.

A few of the ports on the back of the computer come disabled. Also, the graphics card is HDMI + DVI, no VGA, which made me jump a couple of loops to get my monitors working.

Great PC

 

Other then the problem with the keyboard i see nothing wrong with the computer. Since i have not used it more then two weeks only time will tell.

runs smoothly and can hardly here the fans

the keyboard broke after a few times being used. Specificaly the "2,w,s,x" keys

I get about five minuets into a game.. and the computer decides to restart on me.. happened twice in an hour.. Kinda annoying.. still haven't figured out what is causing it
