I love the screen and how clear & crisp it is. The processing power is brilliant, particularly with graphics. I was very surprised but impressed with the sound output. Lovely feel of the computer & really like the construction materials used.

I'm not overly fussed about the CD Rom drive, I feel the side loader is a bit too flimsy. It could have been a bit more solid. In saying this I've so far had no trouble with it. The side flap to the left covering the audio ports etc again a find a bit...

Smart design, fast (while new) and not too much bloatware. Has all the useful extras too eg optical drive, wireless keyboard/mouse.

Price too high for what it is. Sound quality isn't fantastic.

Boots up quickly, very quiet - a pleasure to use.

No detailed manual but it set up OK.

Worked straight out of the box. Great screen, decent sound. Very quiet so far. Seems fast after my faithful old Dell laptop.

Massive updates from Windows 10. Loads of unwanted software. Not sure about using the cloud - I run backups anyway.
