Acer did not ace this...

Acer customer support is very poor. The tech I spoke with was not knowledgeable and not helpful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he was worse...

Never had a chance to see any pros

PC did not work out of the box. Windows kept crashing with various error messages ; Acer customer support was so bad that I decided to ask Newegg to take it back so I could order from another manufacturer. Newegg, being Newegg, worked with me on this...

Great So Far

Needless to say, I was quite livid. I lit up one of UPS' CSRs (I did apologize to her--it wasn't her fault). But who in their right mind leaves $650 dollars worth of computer equipment without having someone to sign for it? Let alone setting it out in...

First of all, I love Acer products. I still have the Acer flat screen monitor I bought back around the middle of G.W.'s second term ; I bought this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend and I set it up today. I had it up and running in less than ten...

My only problem so far came with the delivery ; Long story short, set it up so that the delivery would be made on a day that I would be home. It actually arrived a day early, which was phenomenal; however, UPS left the new machine and the monitor...

Good Unit

I did not purchase from newegg as I needed it ASAP. Purchased from local store and paid a little more.

Worked great. Good product. Well built for the money ; No issue's, pleasantly surprised my first ACER product

No DVI connection but I bought a HDMI to DVI converter, worked well ; No recovery disk, make your own ; Excess addware to uninstall ; Excess free trial software which uninstalled easily

Feels like a solid product

I have been an HP owner only and now I changed everything to acer...did not plan it that way, it just happened. We'll see how acer's products hold up. Time will tell. Gave it 4 stars because of not having a wireless keyboard or mouse and it has only...

Good speed, memory and feels quite solid for regular use. No big gamer here

Lacking some connections (higher resolution screen and others) and would I liked a wireless keyboard and mouse but for the price....no complains here

Nice little package

Just needs better documention on using the connections on the front and back.

Worked great right out of the box. Didn't have any documention but didn't need any. Windows 7 has so much stuff built into it that i don't need to add any third party software. got the computer is less than a week ; Excellent computer for the cost....

Support is like calling and getting peggy. (As seen on TV) ; My only problem was figuring out how to use the HDMI port. After looking at the Setup flyer and doing a reboot that was solved

Excellent Desktop for the Price

For general household needs [budgets, correspondance, etc...] and a little gaming that doesn't require a blazing fast machine [e.g. MS FS 10 works like a charm], this is an excellent choice.

Fast, quiet, minimum bloatware - easily removed. Upgrading from an old XP machine with 5-7 year old processor, this thing dazzles with speed and capabilities..... and, yes [to answer another reviewer] with the addition of a lowprofile PCI-C video card,...

None so far - used for over 6 months

Powerful desktop

I bought this computer to support a three-monitor setup, and I still am not 100% sure if it will, based on the power supply and limited space within the low-profile case. On the other hand, if you're looking for a dual-monitor setup or an HTPC...

There was more space than I expected on the inside of the case for the PCI-E x16 slot. The case has a vent where a video card's cooling fan would likely be located. There wasn't much bloatware on this computer and I appreciate that there's a built-in...

Compared to our other Acer Aspire which didn't have one, having a flappy plastic front connections panel cover seems a bit substandard. It would have been nice if you could open up the panel and then slide the cover underneath the case ; Even though...
