Most of the Pre-installed Software are only Trial Versions. You Have No Installation Discs ,so you have to Create your Own BackUp / Recovery Discs. The Advent Website is woefully poor in content and Support for Users.

memory chip was loose in the box when delivered- I installed this properly in the memory socket, slight noise from processor fan - this should be silent, no manual- this is unforgivable! It can't even be downloaded from Advents web site. Similaly, no...
