Typical low cost PC

Cheap

I bought two of these one I've updated to Win 10. The other one has had no problems. The windows 10 one, and perhaps it's just chance, but gets blue screen and locks up. Has twice lately come up with screen, "Having a problem, rebooting". I have been a...

Do NOT BUY a desktop from ASUS

don't buy from ASUS they are scam artists! they sell you non working desktops with the wrong parts inside and then want to charge you shipping for them to fix a BRAND NEW computer. AMD Radeon HD 8760 1GB (NOT more like 7770m) Power Supply (LIES 287 is...

if the unit actually had what it says inside the price is AWESOME. However, much to my surprise the description was too good to be true. Upon receiving the unit and updating the drivers I discovered that the graphics card and power supply were not what...

video card and power supply in the unit are not as advertised! when i got the unit it would not play basic video and could not load wow for more than three seconds without the video card overheating. I called ASUS and got the run around and they...

Very Frustrating

Not sure an upgrade has been worth the frustration.

Quiet and fast. Nice graphics. 24 hour ASUS tech service. A nice upgrade from my last computer... if it would work properly

Windows wouldn't start properly on day one after doing some updates. A call to ASUS customer service and a system recovery reset took care of that (luckily I hadn't migrated anything over). On day three the graphics card kept quitting when playing...

Surprisingly good.

Overall this computer blew my expectations out of the water. If you want to get into PC gaming this would be a good starting PC. (Note, I had to pay about 40 extra dollars of tax so don't be surprised when it costs about 620 dollars.)

This computer is FAAAAST. I bought it with the main intent of gaming and after a day or two of downloading Windows Updates and Updating Drivers it was good to go. From my experience the computer managed to run Bioshock Infinite and Modded Skyrim on...

The build in PSU is a bit low and that is somewhat concerning. If you are going to get this PC I'd suggest installing a 600-700w PSU (ESPECIALLY if you're going to do what I did and have this as a base for gaming.

Barn Burner!

For those of us down and below median income in the US, which means half of us, it's blessings like this that make it possible to still survive even with inflation eating away at our stagnant wages. All true, Google it.

fast, Fast, FAST, FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFAST ; Did I mention it's FAST ; Now my last DIY rig was 7 when it kicked the CPU, but still, 8 cores compressing video knocks off hours in minutes ; Silent ; Economical

Worried a bit by the PSU, it's not as big as I'd like, but still, all 8 cores purring away, and no problems, so maybe I just worry too much ; Keyboard was amusing, dark grey text on black, very Zen, very impossible to see, but if the price for the...

Rolled the Dice......

A new PC shouldn't give anyone this much trouble out of the box. If I purchased a car and it was on the side of the road as soon as I left the lot, I would want 100% of my money back. I am looking for a replacement PC now, but truthfully I am not sure...

This PC shipped fast, and looked great out of the box. Even though I read all the reviews, and knew there was a chance I might have some problems, I hoped I would be one of the lucky customers with a solid machine

No such luck. The computer gave me the blue screen the day I got it, and then crashed. I called New Egg and they directed me to ASUS. I then went through all the trouble to master reset the PC remotely. After that it didn't work again, so finally...
