CyberPower Gaming Battalion 500

Seems fine so far (over a few weeks), very much as expected/hoped for. Obviously doesn't have the spec of a top end gaming model, but very good value for money.

Fan a bit noisy at times. As I bought this in the autumn, I guess this might be a nuisance on hot days.

Relatively good spec for the money. All drivers and Windows pre-installed so really fast to get up and running (after normal input of username etc).

Only 4GB RAM. Would be super with 8GB+. Takes a while to run the updates after initial install but this would be the case with installing windows from scratch also.

There is packaging in the casing to keep it all safe during the delivery, but like a silly I struggled to open my casing as there is a certain knack to it! Just be gentle and you'll work it out [:

Very little time wasted setting up and updating, all hardware instantly recognised and configured, runs on high settings for all games tested so far. The world has never looked so shiny!

None that I can think of.

Does what it says on the tin.

Win 7 64. Not always able to find drivers for older peripherals and components, such as sound cards. I wanted to use an older sound card as the on board sound is a little thin, but had to by another card (£14) due to not being able to download a 64...

Very good price for a very good PC.

First connection to monitor using HDMI lead had black border around desktop... Played around with settings and then found out about Overscan.
