Non-after one week of operation

The DVD read / Writer is difficult to load

Poor build quality with non functioning and faulty USB sockets.

Quick start up & fast response. Solid build compared to my two previous HP desk tops which both down within a month of purchase.

Small form factor of case and the wireless capability made it easy to connect to a printer

Experience with setting up accounts required in Windows 10; there was no guidance for the inexperienced user to help them in the set up options
