I have dozens approaching hundreds of Dell refurbs floating around Northeast Ohio. I would take this machine over any brand new machine from a big box store all day long. I can't even believe the garbage I see ship on new OEM machines...it is criminal!...

It is so much better than something you would purchase at another box chain store. I have had many cheap computers at these locations over the years and none of them have had the speed this one does. I do not do a ton of downloads or run large amounts...

It is not going to be a pro computer. This is a great option for someone who doesn't need high tech and just wants something for browsing, minor gaming, and multiple computer programs open at once

Optiplex build quality of course. Very quiet. Easy to service. Ordered several of these for clients over the past 18 months, Including 7 I installed at the local Sheriff's Office. No issues at all. All were from Joy Systems

None as of yet. Only had one give the memory error beeps out of the box. It was as simple as re-seating the RAM cards. A common problem with computers, especially one that has bounced through shipping
