The overall product appears to be quite good, only time will tell, how good.

Only comes with a trial office and student/should be part of the full system, at no extra cost.

The keyboard supplied is vey poor quality

Cant get my AOL onto it, which is driving me nuts! Have tried the AOL helpline but they know less than me! says AOL cant do Vista, although there is a download = which doesnt work!

Not enough technical information given about the pc, for example the number of expansion cards it is able to take. Also it was not quite clear wheather it qulifies for the new operating system.

The machine does all that I ask of it.

Very easy to set up, smooth and very fast performance, and has tons of storage available for my pictures and music.

Poorly positioned button for operating the CD/DVD tray.

very fast, efficient, neat and tidy. Easy to use and no fuss. Exceeds all of my requirements, and probably will do for some years yet, which is why I chose this product.

Excellent performance for price, very good "home" PC.

Slight design flaws, open DVD drawer covers operation button. But nothing serious.

the machine is very quiet, has aot of usb so you wont need any adaptors, has no ps2 connectors but come with a usb keyboard and mouse so no need to worry.
