Vista operating system is not user friendly

Easy to install hardware despite poor documentation. Appears to be fairly resilient and the system restore is a useful piece of software.

Installation diagrams did not match reality. Capacity of C drive too little considering the expected usage of the XP Home version. Documentation poor. Apparent confict between some software elements

The fan on this computer is far too loud - to the point it is distracting. I also appear to have a little trouble with the DVD drive - sometimes it will choose not to play DVD's (purchased at high street stores) even though it has previously.

The set up was easy and the product works well and meets all my needs
