The price was the best thing bar far.

The first one I had never worked and had to go back. With this one I had to reset to factory settings the second day I had it. It has some critical error crashes when I am gaming so I am going to update the RAM as I think I put alot of strain on it.

Quick and easy to set up and use.Software bundle superb,teriffic value.

Can't get the children off it!

Got it to play games & watch dvd's, and it does both very well indeed...

Looks good, easy to get to know.

Didn't want some of the pre-installed software especially Norton, and it was a pig to un-install.

Built in speakers on the AOC 19inch screen are hopeless. A choice without speakers would have been better.Built in provision of Norton anti virus was irritating and always takes effort to delete.
