Shuttle XPC SD01XD - USFF - RAM 0 MB - no HDD - DVD

This is a very nice SFF machine that looks great in your TV stand. I put together a system using a Core 2 Duo T4500 (bought a used one, you know where, and saved two hundred!), Seagate 500G SATA drive, Corsair PC5300 memory, and Windows 2005 MCE

As already mentioned, no directions for barebones assembly, especially for the heatsink unit. When I called Shuttle support, they honestly tried to help, even disassembled a similar unit in the "real time", but missed to tell about four screws that...

A bit pricey. Also, there are no directions for barebones assembly, which would have been nice for the heatsink assembly. Make sure to use an anti-static strap! There seemed to be adequate heatsink compound on both the CPU and ATI X1400 chips

nice small case, can use full sized hard drives
