I am using 4 Iris storage units from 15 years ago and they are still in great shape. I expect this one to last at least that long. Only negative is the price which has increased considerably, since then.

Good storage solution for small spaces. Wheels make it a good solution for tailoring workroom, moves easily from sewing machine, to mannequin, to steamer. Not very sturdy construction, good for lightweight items.

Will not recommend for a quite office.
