Fan noise - but "my PC man" followed the advice of adjusting the something or other and it is fine now.

Very Good computer ideal for gaming using it to play LoL and WoW on med to high settings

The computer's case feels a bit cheap. The disk drive opens by itself sometimes and I feel it's because the case is slightly misaligned. But overall great value for money

Reasonably fast, huge hard drive, low cost machine.

Windows 8 is designed for touchscreen and far from an easy or intuitive step from Windows 7 Design of the case - the three flaps over the DVD drive, vent and USB ports and audio sockets look tidy but are not convenient - especially the tricky DVD button

Good appearance, fast, 8.1 takes some getting used to but for an iphone user this feels like Windows just catching up.

The fan is powerful but extremely noisy. It is very efficient of course and keeps the unit (as well as the room) cool; I am looking forward to the summer when it will double as an air conditioning unit.

Issue with the DVD drive which will not stay closed maybe lose connection, in which case it should have passed Zoostrom QA

Noisy fan, I would not have bought this PC if I knew the fan was this loud !!
