Kodak Easyshare Z1275

Just when we thought the megapixel race was slowing down, Kodak has kicked it up another notch with their latest advanced camera, the Easyshare Z1275....

12 megapixel sensor, Small

Some fringing, Noise and colour could be a little better, Sluggish at times

For those after a small yet powerful camera to capture high-resolution shots, the 12 megapixel Kodak EASYSHARE Z1275 will do the trick. Its pictures aren't the best we've seen, but they should satisfy many users.

Can a 5x zoom lens and HD video mode set this 12 megapixel compact apart from the crowd?

Kodak EasyShare Z1275

The EasyShare Z1275 is the flagship model in Kodak's Z-series, boasting 12-megapixels, 5x optical zoom, digital image stabilisation and 64Mb of internal storage as well as the ability to record high definition video.

Decent zoom lens ; HD video

Terrible zoom rocker ; Subpar screen ; No optical image stabilisation ; Terrible battery life

The Kodak EasyShare Z1275 has a respectable lens and plenty of potential, but is let down by excessive corner-cutting. Features such as optical image stabilisation are sorely missed, while the poor screen and plasticky build scream of a camera bodged...

I would buy this Z1275 again

Takes great pictures right out of the box. It's small enough to pack away anywhere. The video is great with HiDef quality and detail. I have not had a problem with batteries as long as I prepare. I have bought a charger and 4 lith nicad batteries. With...

Nice Video

Well worth the dough! Series 3 dock is awsome with camera (i recomend), Get firmware update if you are outdoors type. Avoid low quality memory cards (starts with "A")

Excellent Video. 1080i, and its perfect. Stills are good quality as well. we use it as point and shoot primarilly so we have not used alot of the manual features, be we are satisfied

12mp pictures are hard to e-mail...2 to 3 max per email. OOPS! Doesn't talk back (I like a bad attitude in a camera)

Kodak EasyShare Z1275 Gray 12.1 MP 2.5" 115K LCD 5X Optical Zoom Digital Camera

All digital camera's burn through batteries, its because of the LCD screen and because LCD screens are much bigger than they used to be... they drain batteries regardless of the brand. Lithium's the only way to go unless u have 2650 mAH Ni-mH and...

This camera takes great pictures and for the price its a steal. The 12 mp really shows on poster prints

The screen is low resolution, but not really a big deal because the pictures are what count and they are good
