Don't bother with this product. Grainy/liney photos, ugly frame, bad color quality. It does work, so it's got that goin for it. Just shell out 20 extra bucks and get something you actually enjoy looking at.

This frame is very cheaply made. The recorder is bad quality. It has no way to lock the message so when I wrapped the gift it erased the message the kids left. Would not buy again.

"I had the same problem. I would put in SD card and it show that it recognized the SD card, but did not read my pictures. I love the idea, but will send back. I don't know if I just had a bad one or what."

Image resolution 480x324 is archaic! There should be nothing on the market with this resolution. However, the Polaroid XSA-10169S 10.2" 1024x600 is a great product.
