It takes a while to get used to moving the shelves to accommodate everything.

It's extremely quiet

Very hard to stack. Plates don't stand up if they are too large and drinking glasses get knocked over when you slide the shelf in - very disappointed

I don't mind the cutlery drawer as it organizes it for quick unloading. It also slides over to one side to enable taller glasses to be loaded in the lower drawer. It's quiet & effective.

the cutlery tray can be a little time taking in fitting the cutlery in their positions. you do get some waster remaining on cup and mugs bases
