Sears Service technicians seem to be competent.

Not good for the long run.

We've had this dishwasher almost 1.5 years. At first it cleaned very well, and it was quiet. It replaced a 20 year old KitchenAid, which started to wear out. It was and still is quiet especially when it stops working! The panels have failed 4 ...
