No good points

It didn't wash anything, especially mugs, properly. Couldn't stack easily. Overall it was not a good product and I have now exchanged it after much aggravation.

Can't fit tall glasses on top shelf

Loading options is good as the baskets can be lowered or taken out completely. It is nice having a top basket for cutlery should you not wish to use the cutlery basket. It is also very quiet.

Needs to have easier installation instructions.

Very quiet behind integrated door. Knife tray.

Hard to load, not enough room for big pans, cutlery basket at the back which means having to pull the whole draw out to put a teaspoon in.

Does not dry properly

Love the top rack for cutlery. I've no need to have the cutlery basket in as well so extra room is created for dishes etc. The rack is also adjustable to fit lots in(easy to put the little arms in down position). Everything comes out clean and dry.

Choice of wash cycles, especially the 30 minute cycle.

Dishwater tablet container closure is fine but you need to have the knack to do it first time.

Nothing good about this product.

Very difficult to load. Doesn't wash items well. Not efficient with the amount that can be loaded. Will not take standard size dinner plates. Within one week the inside began to rust. Wish I hadn't bought it. It will be on EBay by the end of the month.
