I bought this well made product, primarily because of Meile's excellent reputation (and it's a family run business) and I am not disappointed. A little on the expensive side but quality doesn't come cheap. The cutlery tray at the top of the machine is...

Some would say the external design of the appliance is a little old fashioned; for me, it is not how it looks that is important but whether it does the job and does the job well - which it does.

Cleans really well, good choice of wash programs, simple styling, easy to use, flexibility as to how the trays can be arranged

Cutlery tray is very beneficial

Easy to load. Very quite. Delay timer. Excellent cutlery tray, much better that a basket. Excellent cleaning results.

Cycles are very long, (as are their washing machines) so I mainly use it overnight on economy 7.

The turbo boost does reduce the drying time considerably

The cutlery tray cannot be removed. I would prefer to be able to take the tray across to the drawer and unload in one go rather that walking back and forwards .

Additional drawer for cutlery giving extra space everything else. The dishwasher is quiter then any I have had in the past. The indicator light for rinse aid and salt are very useful

Very good product as are all Miele Appliances
