The bottom tray tends to slide back into the machine during loading.

The baskets are not very good for stacking. It's only this reason which would make me think twice about buying this model again

We are spoilt, we had a Seimens which was excellent. We chose this one for the price as we don't intend to stay in this house for too long. The baskets are poor design and not easy to load. Sorry, but I wish I had gone for a Bosch or Seimens.

Shortest cycle does a great job. Good to have Eco option too.

Glasses do not sit very well on upper shelves. Previous model had better grip and angle to support glasses.
