The dryer broke down within two months of purchase (condensor replaced under warranty by Hoover Candy). The dryer then developed an E04 error code meaning the program selector is faulty - this time out of the warranty period. Hoover offer a free 5 year...

Didn't even last three years of use (previous model with same use lasted double the time)

Excellent product. Very pleased.

The automatic sensor is brilliant, no more over-dried clothes! It is really easy to use, you don't have to guess times any more, just turn the knob to what you are drying and the sensor stops when they are dry. :-)

The only bad thing is the panel at the bottom you remove to clean the condenser. It is a little tricky to manipulate and could have been designed a bit better. But that is struggling to find something bad about it.

Easy to use and very efficient hardly any noise good value for money.

Water collection is in the door for easy emptying. Better than this is you can plumb the Dryer to a Drainage system so you never have to empty the water ! The Sensor feature is good once you ignore the time shown as this is a guide. When Dryer decides...

This Dryer needs to be in a well vented area as this Dryer expels Warm Dry Air from front and side.

Love the water tank situated in the door. Easy to empty if not plumbed into kitchen/utility drainage system, which is an additional option. Choice of programes or timer. Dry sensor

Not all programes dry sufficiently. Tried the towels only cycle and towels still come out damp

Overheated and outer casing got very hot too. Cycle did not switch off. We asked for and obtained a refund. Instructions unclear
