Looks ok

Drying cycle very long. Broke after 42 days proving impossible to get replaced or repaired.

The fact it could burst into flames at any time ! See Hotpoint's own website. They still haven't fixed the problem !

The drying capacity on this tumble is great 2-3 loads. The condenser has never leaked like others I have had the belt snap and that's me over loading!! I highly recommend this tumble

Just the belt snapping but that was my over loading

the ease of using the dials. Simple, efficient and effective.

I have used Hotpoint machines for a number of years now, the only grumble is cost. But there again I suppose if you want quality you have to be prepared to pay that little bit extra.

Very efficient, everything lovely and dry, non-creased and sweet smelling. Not as noisy as my old dryer - which, incidentally, I had for nearly 30 years!

Perhaps if it took a little less time - not really a complaint, but you did ask. In any case it is than hours on the washing line amidst rain storms and bird droppings !!

The washing machine requires less water than earlier models, hence it is more ECO friendly, and it has the added feature which allows you to reduce the washing time, which I find very good.
