Easy to use. I can put a full load in and it will dry it through within an hour.

Don't like the water tank. A little difficult to pour the water out when the tank fills. Could do with a better designed way of emptying it.

It serves it's purpose

After all the problems with the fires with this product. I would never buy another hotpoint product, especially as my original tumble dryer was still under warranty and they said I could purchase a new one for £90. I eventually got a replacement dryer....

The water drainer is not as totally effective as the one with a cap on the previous model

I put this dryer in my spare room & wasn't advised to have it elevated off the carpet, the thermostat cut out once & engineer came out for free as still under warranty & advised to lift off the carpet, no probs since, love this dryer

Initially I had problems with over-heating for using an incorrect setting for the weight of washing in the machine---BUT how on earth are you supposed to be able to weigh a load of wet washing!!
