the only problem with the condenser is that it is abit loud

This product is very user-friendly, the filter is easy to access etc. The reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is that is rather noisy when in use. Still good value for money.

I found this product was very good, when the clothes are dried they are still lovely and soft.

The condenser is situated at the top of machine and is easy to access and empty. the fluff filter is also quick and easy to use.
