Cheaper running costs

This was a replacement after having the same machine for 3 years because a faulty part could not be replaced

no good points at all, bad design, keeps damaging our laundry, customer service does not care. Very disappointing from known British manufacturer

dryer makes our clothes dirty and make small holes. Had two Hotpoint engineer appointments, in both engineer never turned up without notification. Its hard to reach customer service, lot of hassle with brand new appliance, better avoid.

The appliance is fairly easy to use once you have read and digested the user manual, and it is quite quiet when running.

The door closure is not good and sometimes has to be applied numerous times before it shuts. The cycles are very long, and often the washing does not come out dry enough which means you have to put it on again. I don't think overall the quality of this...

Quite reasonable price

I bought this appliance last year and has been broken 5 times already. What a nightmare. Fortunately took extra warranty after one year manufacure one. General and domestic said that they will replace it with different brand if will break down again....

I have only had this dryer for a few weeks and am very impressed with it its low on noise brilliant and it does not steam up the conservatory worth buying
