All programmes are easy to understand and it's so quiet, really please with it thank you

Has an automatic stop for when clothes are dry so helps save electric. Size is also great. Not very loud to use. Has beep reminders for removing the filter and cleaning.

Back of tumble can get very hot

Had to call Hotpoint out 3 times in as many weeks and only had this dryer 3 weeks from new!

Takes longer than my old hotpoint dryer have to keep referring to the book for settings and you can't chose hot dry or cool dry it's guess work so a normal dry 60min now takes 90-120 min so more electric being used

Nice and quiet machine. Brings clothes up nice and bright. Really pleased with our new washing machine and tumble drier. These replaced both Hotpoint machines which had been in constant use for seventeen years before finally giving up the ghost. Is...

No problems so far, although everyone tells us we are not going to get another seventeen years this time, but you never know!

Had it in twice needed engineer out twice

I love the filter as it does not allow any fluff to full down in side the machine and the fluff indicator light lets you know it needs cleaning over all I love it drys cloths quick very good.
