Love this thing

Dries well, love that I can set the time and heat settings so easily. Has wrinkle release settings and the like too.

Didn't come with the correct plugs. Not a huge deal but I had to buy them elsewhere. Wish it said somewhere that it didn't include them or I'd have ordered them so they came with the drier. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5.

Ok so far

I don't have a problem installing the electrical plug. It's a simple job. It just should have said that somewhere.

Ok, so its exactly what it says it is. Looks great, has everything included except for one very important thing.

Nowhere does the item description say that the plug is not included. Instead, on the back there is instructions on how to install one yourself. Yeah, I get that houses have different plugs available but it should say that. I would have ordered one and...

Five week nightmare

I bought this dryer from PR Richard and it came in broken. Finally, 5 ½ weeks later they replaced it with a working model. I've only used it for one day, but so far I like it.

Great for even the largest items

This dryer can dry anything! With lots of settings you can quick dry something or dry a comforter. Very diverse!!
