It does what it's supposed to do

Very flimsy..my 87 year old mother was getting clothes out of it and the plastic hinges on the door broke... she said she opend it too wide too fast....my mother is a very frail person , not strong at all.

Large drum, easy access to empty water, can dry for up to 140mins if required

Bit noisy. Kicks out a lot of heat (good point in winter, bad point in summer!!)

Good build quality. Survived a ship journey to New Zealand!

it is easy to use. able to decide heat and time settings according to load. easy to empty water and fluff filter. overall a good product that solves drying clothes without ventilation required.

it is quite noisy. i have mine in bathroom upstairs and it can be heard downstairs however you can tolerate this for its efficiency!

JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED SO NO REAL BAD POINTS ON THIS PRODUCT ITSELF ALTHOUGH ON PREVIOUS WHITE KNIGHT DRYER USED - BOLT HOLDING CYLINDER WORN OFF SO THAT CYLINDER WOULD NOT ROTATE - ONLY REASON IN BUYING NEW ONE

best point is the condenser bottle which collects the water

keeping the filter cleam at the bottom
