Liar'ssssssssssss

Clearly states that it comes with remote, After returning it for a second time No Remote,, ?? I call And they say recertified items are not gauranteed to have a remote even though website says it comes with one,, Stay away from it !! It wont work...

Rip off

No remote just like everyone else, spent 20minutes arguing via chat and got a 15$ credit. Still feel like I got ripped off, but at least now I can use this.

Not worth the money

Good price for new. Not so hot for a recert product.

Great price for a system with built-in WiFi. Streams Netflix, VuDU and so on

Terrible price of recertified. The box sells new on walmart.com for just $5 more. Also, there are no indicators to speak of. Hard to tell when it's on. End up having to hit power / eject several times to get it to open

Don't even bother

I will never buy anything recertified again from newegg. It is pointless if you can't use it. I am so glad I wasted my time calling everywhere and trying to get what I bought.

It won't work at all without a remote. Which in the details it says a remote is included. When I called customer service I was told that it isn't there fault, they sell it for another company. They gave me that company's number. I called and was told...

Box did not contain owners manual, any paper information about the product, or a remote. The lack of remote makes Netflix et all useless, since you need the colored context buttons to use it. Colored context buttons on multiple universal remotes did...

Unit is useless without remote. Description clearly states includes remote. Newegg not responsible for re-certified products. I threw a fit and they agreed to take it back for refund.
