GoVideo Company is atrocious, Machine was Trash

 

I shopped around and have good prior experiences with GoVideo Dual Deck VCR's so thought this unit was exactly what I wanted and needed for transferring camcorder and vhs family tapes to DVD's. I purchased the unit from the GoVideo Website's...

The stated features were what I was looking for but it didn't work at all.

Broken straight out of the box. Company 100% shameful in how they do business.

This is one sweet machine.
