Control Lockup solved only by unplugging it !

I wanted a less than $100 DVD player, and at least three separate sales associates at Best Buy steered me to this player given my wish list. Besides budget, I thought I may want progressive scan capability in the future, I wanted a few other formats ...

Toshiba 3950 not worth owning

May be good for a one-time use in skeet shooting.

Has playability issues and the resulting lag-effect rendersthe movie unwatchable.

Toshiba SD-3950 DVD Player
