Poor Quality

I'm not going to let 1 out of 20 purchases made through Newegg going to make me switch retailers. But I am really disappointed in the item.

Talk about pure frustration. The screen is very pixelated, no clarity at all. Options to configure settings such as color are not user friendly. When watching movies, it locks up after 15-20 minutes and you would have to turn it off and load the DVD...
