I'm just assembling my new machine and can't get the driving shaft pin to actually "click" in place, as shown on diagram. Is it supposed to, or is it a loose fit? Is it the tool holder that's supposed to click?

was bought to replace an old processor , and must say i am very happy with this item. i have been using processors for years and this is the best one i have ever had would highly recommend.

I'm really pleased with my new food processor. Its really easy to use and clean and Im thoroughly enjoying it so far! The only down side is knowing where to store all the interchangeable blades and accessories!

The suction feet are really strong so it doesn't go anywhere, I really enjoy using it and once I got the hang of the interchangeable parts found it really easy to use and has helped my cooking no end
