I have a produce farm and needed way to mass produce washed and "dried" salad mixes. This spinner works great. My only complaint is it is heavy to hold steady as you turn the handle. And there is no brake to stop the spinning.

I had tried two other mandolines and they were not sharp so did not slice well. I use mine mostly for slicing veggies. This blade is SHARP. In fact, even though I read all the warnings, I cut a tiny tip off my little finger. Even so, I love it.

Great product! Only thing is you may need earplugs because it is very loud. The reverse button is good in case the meat gets stuck and wont go forward.
