Having bought this product I couldn't wait to try it, but unfortunately it had a fault. I took it back to John Lewis who quickly replaced it and it's a brilliant product. Absolutely love it.

the motor is fine but the bowl and lid have cracked in 2 or 3 places. absolutely NOT impressed by the quality of the plastic used. don't see why I should have to buy replacements when the supplied pieces are shoddy.
