The packaing was not protective of the item and the tubing was a cut. I didnt notice it until after i installed but was able to seal the cut wiht compression tape.

We've had it running for a couple of weeks now with no problems. Love the light, the storage bins and the size. Got it on sale so the price was great. Also appreciate the excellent delivery, setup and hauling off of the old freezer by the delivery team.

Although this item was with the house when we purchased it, it has exceeded out expectations. It works well with vegetables and fruit, and it seemed to keep things fresher at least two weeks longer than our old fridge.
