Only had it a few weeks and it seems fine. Good John Lewis guarantee with it which was a deciding factor in our purchase along with JL would take away our old freezer away free of charge

There is plenty of room in this freezer and although it costs more than some other makes, the quality is excellent. You get what you pay for!

Replacement for old freezer so purchased this one which is slightly smaller. Motor slightly noisier than expected but not a problem. Bought a John Lewis brand for reliability.
