Garmin eTrex 30 Handheld GPS Navigator

This was my first PCNation purchase but will not be the last. Shipping was free & product arrived in just over 1 day. Usually can't pay for shipping like that where I live!

Have not had the chances to use it much yet but it is much faster & more accurate than my previous GPS. It is a definite upgrade over my Garmin Legend

A good unit that won't lead you astray.

I use my etrex30 for geocaching and hiking. I like it. It's accurate and keeps my tack we'll. I have a few criticisms though. It's a bit difficult to work some of the functions. It's too easy to reset your settings accidentally, but impossible to...

Can't think of any.

Small, fiddly, requires many steps to get to the right place. Small screen. Wish I'd had the chance to view it before I bought it. Suggest you look at a Dakota or a GPS62 rather than this. Bad buy. Will probably go on Ebay soon.
