Garmin Zumo 660 GPS Sat Nav

With a large 4.3 inch display the Zumo 660 is easy to use in any lighting conditions and the touch screen interface is simple to get to grips with. Garmin has even thought about the fact that most motorcyclists wear gloves whilst riding and as such the...

As with all Garmin sat navs, the Zumo 660 has street level mapping which can be expanded to suit your needs. 3D views of buildings and junctions to help with confusing road layouts are also included, as is a fuel gauge.

Garmin zumo 660 Motorcycle Navigator

Great motorcycle GPS. PCNation shipped it as advertized. Arrived on the date promised.

Easy to use, quality product, well known and respected name brand

Screen could be brighter

Garmin zumo 660 Motorcycle Navigator

Garmin GPSes are the best there is. And this is the best Garmin for a motorcycle. Comparisons made to my prior Garmin, Zumo 550.

Faster route compute speeds than Zumo 550, A2DP stereo bluetooth to helmets, single power and audio cord to the cradle. More memory than Z550, can load full US and Canada on current maps

No locking cradle like on Z550.No hard buttons like on Z550 (just touch screen)

Better than expected from reviews

Wish there was a way to program a trip on computer keyboard. Have not subscribed to live traffic.

Used for motorcycle, car, walking, airplane (cross-country mode). Touch screen works great with heavy winter motorcycle gloves. No problem with weather when mounted on motorcycle with windshield- stays relatively dry. Take unit off for heavy downpour....

For long trips, Zumo directs to center of every town programmed along the way instead of bypassing them. Screen does not show current road/highway, only see name of next turn

Garmin zumo 660 Motorcycle Navigator

It does everything I want it to do plus a couple of extra features (photos, FM radio and MP3) that have no value to me. It has performed flawlessly on the motorcycle. It moves from bike to car/truck with ease; the only issue is shielding it from too...

Fast, accurate and easy to use. Expensive but well worth the money

Traffic updates only available with extra-cost option and NOT available on motorcycle.Unit shuts down if it overheats from too much sun on the car/truck dashboard

Love it! Garmin Zumo 660

Haven't tried using it without having it hard wired through CB radio to headset.

Every thing needed to set up was in the box and easy to use right out of the box. Touchpad is sensitive (a good thing) with gloves on. Easy to see in sunlight with polarized sunglasses. Husband installed it to work through CB radio without a glitch. I...

Garmin zumo 660 Motorcycle Navigator

I haven't had a chance to use on an extended trip, but I have heard very good reviews from previous owners.

This appears to have all the tools needed for motorcycle navigation

None known, but haven't used it extensively

It's good if you can afford it....

Highly recommended.

I cannot speak to the shortcomings in other units, because I just bought mine last month. I purchased a 99 Kawasaki Concours in Indiana (I live in New York) and wanted the GPS so that I could have it on the drive back. I purchased the Zumo so I could...

Price - WOW ; Mapsource only on one computer ; Too may wires to hide on the motorcycle adaptor, they should be removable

Good Unit

my wife figured out how to use it by herself & complimented its ease of use. that is high praise in itself. I have an older Tom Tom 520, and various GPS gadgets and phones but there really is no substitute for the big screen. Garmin has a lot of...

Great interface, good satellite acquisition, both car and motorcycle hardware included

Price seems awfully steep ; Motorcycle bracket hardware is hardwired to connect to battery so until you run the cable you'll have a several foot loop hanging from it, a problem if your motorcycle has a lot of plastic body parts to be removed to run the...

Garmin zumo 660 Motorcycle Navigator

PC Nation helped me decide between a Zumo 550 and 660. I am sure from the reviews I have read that the 550 is good, but the ease of use of the touch screen and the menues is great on the 660. I had a '08 Gold Wing with factory GPS (they are...

Easy to use.Big screen.Did I mention easy to use.Fun to use

Screen could be brighter, but I wouldn't let it be a deal killer
