Globalsat BT-338 Bluetooth GPS Receiver (SiRF Star III) review

This one felt right from the start. It only has one button (on/off) and 3 LEDs. It can operate for 17 or more hours continuously on each charge, and it was incredibly easy to get going with the Pocket PC.

Whilst it is currently the highest price receiver eFrontier sell, for the level of reliability, flexibility, and accuracy it offers, it seems quite fair.

Excellent

The best so far from GlobalSat, but that is expected as GlobalSat produce products with much research and testing before production.

Small, good battery life, excellent satellite sensitivity and priced well. Laptops with Win XP or PDAs with win mobile OS, Notebooks etc find this unit very easily through the Bluetooth Manager. Biggest seller in Australia. Better range to a BT laptop...
