My biggest complaint is customer service. I called them 5 times and it was always the same. Communication was difficult due to outsourcing to regions who's primary language is not English. Be prepared to enunciate and ask "what did you say?" a lot. I...

If you get this, try to calibrate the compass. On the calibration screen, there is a bulls-eye with a dot. If that dot is not centered on the bulls-eye, your compass will not be accurate at all. You can call 800-707-9971 and one of their techs will...

Small, Rechargable battery, GPS is fantastic and quick to acquire location

$$ but good!

Great little hand held, w/ highway and state routs already loaded.

Does not come with TOPOs or any other steet software and to buy the software is very $$$, also you NEED an extra battery for mutli-day hikes.
