Mio's Digiwalker 269+ carries an impressive set of specifications, but fails to excel in any particular area.

Complete Australian roads index ; Some clever mapping ; Integrated MP3/Video/Picture playback ; Integrated hard drive ; SD card slot

Intermittent crashes ; Some convoluted route determination ; Safe Mode\" makes no allowance for navigators

In-car GPS is a hot commodity right now, and while the feature set of the Mio 269+ makes it seem like an absolute must-have item for the festive season, it's ultimately a very ordinary GPS that could benefit from some better crash protection and...

"Unbelievable rubbish"

 

Would advise any prospective purchaser to bite the bullet and buy a street map

Would get you from one main town to another

The road I live in has been there 100 years, according to this device its still an ünknown road. You cant get to use windowsCE, the manual is sketchy and help is non-existent
