Navman MY75T GPS unit

This top of the line GPS unit in Navman's new My-Series features a large 5-inch display

Large 5in display, excellent features list, keyword search, time relevant school zones, 4WD tracks

Interface isn't as slick or polished as competitor offerings, the touch screen often requires multiple presses to register selection

The Navman MY75T benefits from its large 5in screen and a solid features list, but it lacks the simplicity and ease of use of competing units.

Navman MY75T

Lonely Planet guides and info. Hema off-road maps. Landmark guidance.

Android Bluetooth issues. Bus lane cameras incorrectly coded as speed cameras. Lane guidance limited to motorways.

The included Lonely Planet guides and Hema off-road maps make the MY75T an interesting choice for holidaymakers, but you may want to test the Bluetooth hands-free out before buying.

Navman MY75T

The Navman MY75T may not have a capacitive screen like the MY500XT, but it certainly makes up for it by sporting a 5-inch screen and bringing more features onboard.

5-inch screen; 4WD Tracks; Lonely Planet pre-installed; 3D Landmarks and Junction Views; Offers various routes; Bluetooth; SUNA onboard; Google and TrueLocal search; FM Transmitter; Quick to boot up; 2 year maps and warranty

There were times when the resistive screen was unresponsive; Interface needs a bit of freshening up; Can only be charged in the car or while connected to a PC

The last two i had were GARMIN nuvi s and they were very good but maps cost too much so its better to up date to MY75T as you get 3years maps and extra warranty the red light and speed cameras warning work fine on my gps

only had it a few days like the speed limit warning

no no automatic turn off and blue tooth not up to scratch

A big clear screen that mainly works well, although the back arrow at top left is often unresponsive. the auto day/night feature works much better than tomtom's. Spoken directions are clear & precise. I had no problems pairing it to my HTC Desire...

4wd maps, big screen, traffic updates

slower to turn on than others, map quality lags others, no "where am I?" function to guide emergency services to you

Navman MY75T

I have used Navman for about 10 years. I have them installed throughout my fleet of vehicles. This is the 1st GPS I have owned that doesn't automatically turn on and off with the ignition. I always forget to turn it off ending up with flat batteries...

Easy to use

No auto on and off
