Sound is very soft cant really hear unless is very quite, no radio, no open window, etc. CS said to reset unit that did not do anything. Not happy with this unit at all and do not recommend it

In order to update maps in this device you must download "mydrive" from tomtom/getstarted . Com Once you do that it'll ask for serial number and will say the device is a "Start 20" device. This is because they're the same device. Just follow the promps...
