I love mine have no problem with sticking if used properly a little pam will do . not only do I make omlet in the omlet trays I also , make cakes and bisquits. In the waffle plates I also make hash browns the list goes on with a little imagination.

This grill would be great if there was any way of controlling the heat. It has a tendency to burn all of anything you cook on it otherwise. It was a real disappointment and I would have to advise to steer clear of this one.

This is the second G. Foreman grill I purchase and feels nothing like the older version I used to own. It's small, lightweight and the quality feels worse. Also there's not timer and the temperature cannot be adjusted so it's so easy to burn the food....
